This massive resiliency project took place in the coastal islands of the greater Houston area. Scope included upgrading more than thirteen miles of overhead distribution line, replacing aging wood poles with fiberglass in sandy soils at the water table, installing all new primary contact hardware, and replacing 4/0AAA primary with new 600 AA and 4/0 neutral.
