This project included rebuilding a critical substation in the heart of Houston, Texas.  The completed project included all new foundations, elevated from their original locations, full electrical and structural installations, and relay and SCADA systems.  The scope was inclusive of seventeen 12kV distribution feeder breakers, an elevated control house, three new 138kV bays, three 138kV candlestick 4000-amp breakers, elevated foundations, all site work, grounding conduit, and cabling.
